ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURN & REFUND
If your product is defective, damaged, incorrect, or incomplete at the time of delivery, please contact us within 48 hours. Your item may be eligible for a refund or replacement, depending on its category and condition
Returns are not accepted for a change of mind after placing the order.

VALID REASONS TO RETURN AN ITEM
Delivered product is damaged (physically broken or not working).
Delivered product is incorrect (specifications don't match the website) or incomplete (missing parts).
The size of the product doesn't match what was ordered.

You no longer need the product.
You changed your mind after placing the order.
TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR RETURN
Product must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.
All original tags, user manuals, warranty cards, accessories, and freebies must be included.
Product must be returned in its original and undamaged packaging
REFUND PROCESS
The product must first be returned via courier.
Once we receive the item (within 2–3 working days) and it passes quality inspection (1–2 working days), your refund will be processed within 7 working days.
In rare cases, delays may occur due to courier or transportation issues.
