1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

2. Shipping Time

Delivery time depends on your location:

  • Inside CHITTAGONG: 1–3 business days

  • Outside CHITTAGONG: 3–5 business days

Delays may occur during high-demand seasons or due to unforeseen courier issues.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Inside CHITTAGONG: ৳60

  • Outside CHITTAGONG: ৳120
    Shipping costs are non-refundable once the order has been shipped.

4. Order Tracking

After your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS, email, or messenger. You can use it to track your parcel’s status on the courier’s website.

5. Order Confirmation

Customers must confirm their order via phone/SMS before shipment. Orders without confirmation may be canceled automatically.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

We take great care in packing your order. If your package is damaged or lost during delivery, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving it. We’ll do our best to resolve the issue quickly.

7. Pre-order Items

Pre-order items may take additional 7–15 days for delivery. Estimated delivery times will be mentioned on the product page.
