Return Period
We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
• Your item must be in the same condition that you received it.
• It must be unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging.
• You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:
• The item is defective or damaged, or
• You received the wrong item.
We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right as soon as possible.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Some types of items cannot be returned:
• Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
• Custom or personalized products
• Personal care items (beauty or hygiene products)
• Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get the product you want is to return your current item.
Once the return is approved, you can make a new purchase for the replacement.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
Your item must still meet the return eligibility conditions listed above.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether the refund was approved.
If approved, you’ll automatically be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember it can take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
